  • I know what it’s like to be in the therapy room with someone who doesn’t quite feel like you. They probably got straight A’s. They probably won’t understand my hardship. They probably have it all figured out.

    I’m different because I bring lived experience and a lifetime of mistakes into the room with me. My humanness is palpable and helps to put you at ease and feel less alone.

  • In a word - comforting. I don’t want your therapy sessions to feel like a clinical appointment. If you are mostly looking forward to your sessions, I feel I’m delivering my services properly.

    We all have ‘mess’ that can taint the view we have of ourselves and our realities. I’m here to help you figure out what strategies allow you to lift this veil, giving you the clear image you need to be self-aware, self-assured, and confident in making decisions that are right for you.

  • For individual counselling services, I am currently offering reduced rates of $100/50-minute session. This is to increase accessibility while I am unable to bill insurance. Reducing cost barriers to mental health services is important to me. I provide reduced and compassionate rate sessions as I am able, so please reach out to see if space is available.
